Overview: As a Barback, you will assist bartenders by setting up and maintaining the bar area, ensuring an ample supply of clean glassware, garnishes, and ingredients. Your responsibilities include retrieving and delivering drink orders promptly and courteously, keeping the bar clean and organized, restocking supplies, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards. You will also engage with guests, anticipating their needs and contributing to a smooth workflow during busy periods.
