Location: Hotel Clermont - Atlanta, GA 30306 Position Type: Part Time
Job Summary: Bartenders at Oliver Hospitality Management portfolio properties deliver exceptional guest service by crafting quality cocktails and serving beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities:
- Craft quality cocktails and serve other beverages following proper drink construction techniques and policies
- Engage with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Maintain focus on performance, productivity, and teamwork throughout the entire shift
- Communicate effectively with leadership and teammates when assistance is needed
- Demonstrate consistent pour techniques and drink handling skills
- Perform bartop maintenance and restock supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Exhibit accurate product knowledge
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
- Ability to perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting
- Lift products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
- Bar experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to learn all bar practices
