Job Summary: We are seeking a Barback to join our team. In this role, you will help open and close the bar and perform essential tasks to ensure smooth bar operations, such as restocking supplies and prepping garnishes. Your goal is to provide patrons with an excellent experience that encourages repeat visits. If you are friendly, hard-working, and interested in starting a career in hospitality, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down
- Restock supplies as needed
- Bus tables
- Prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients for drink preparation
- Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles
- Take out the trash
- Assist bartenders as requested
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items preferred
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Availability to work nights and weekends
