Position Summary: Our goal is to create memorable and unique guest experiences, with food and drinks complementing the service. As a Guest Service Support Expert, you will deliver a variety of services to ensure smooth food and beverage operations. Responsibilities include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. Your support helps make every guest interaction part of a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set tables and maintain cleanliness in work areas
- Replenish food and beverage supplies
- Support kitchen and bar operations as needed
- Uphold the luxury service standards and ensure a professional appearance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No prior related work experience required; experience in food and beverage is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
