Title: Bartender - Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter

Job Location: Georgia National Fairgrounds - Perry, GA 31069 Position Type: Part-Time Salary: $15.00/hour plus tips Shift: Any Travel: None

Proof of the Pudding, an award-winning catering company, is the food service provider for GNFA hospitality and concessions. We seek enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join our team. This seasonal, part-time role supports hospitality and club suites at one of Georgia’s premier venues during various events.

Responsibilities:

Set up and break down bar before and after events
Communicate effectively with bar back to manage replenishment during shifts
Greet all guests and provide exceptional customer service
Attend to guests’ needs promptly throughout events
Provide accurate and timely beverage service
Clean the bar after closing, including discarding excess ice
Return bar items to original storage
Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; mixology or hospitality certification is a plus
Minimum 2 years bartending experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience preparing mixed drinks
Exceptional customer service skills
Willingness to obtain proper certifications if needed
Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles
Team player with integrity, responsibility, and good grooming
