**Pay:** From $16.00/hour
**Job Type:** Casual (less than 19 hours per week)
Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred. Candidates with open availability will be prioritized.
Eleven at Foodland Farms Ala Moana is seeking Barbacks to join our team. We are looking for high-energy, creative professionals with bar experience who are passionate about creating a welcoming environment where guests can enjoy high-quality food and beverages.
This is an hourly position offering comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, drug, and vision insurance, 401k, and more (specifics vary based on position and classification).
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist bartenders and the bar manager by keeping bar areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Interact with guests and anticipate their food and beverage needs
- Ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and observe company dress code
- Adhere to company policies, house rules, and support company culture and values
**Qualifications:**
- High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous bar experience preferred
- Experience in a high-volume food service establishment preferred
- Must have valid TB clearance
- Must be located on-island
