**Bartender**

**What You’ll Be Doing:** Serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Prepare beverages for other servers and act as cashier for the lounge.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Maintain proper bar setup daily, including stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, and produce based on daily function projections.
Manage stock, cutting, and storage of fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables to ensure product quality.
Greet guests courteously, take and document drink orders, mix and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control.
Comply with all State, Federal, and Corporate regulations regarding alcoholic beverage service.
Input orders into the POS, create checks for guests, and maintain accountability of all beverages served.
Handle cash transactions, verify charges, record payments, and manage vouchers to balance money accurately.
Secure all beverage and food inventory, deposit cash drops, and lock up the bank.
Adhere to attendance rules and maintain regular availability.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma preferred.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prepare and serve drinks.
Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and stand for long periods.
Ability to lift moderate weight.
Responsible alcohol service certification if required.
