Title: Banquet Bartender
POSITION SUMMARY
Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Serve wine and champagne bottles, set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar units, tables, and related tools. Prepare fresh garnishes and stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to the bar area, wash soiled glassware, and clear soiled wares from bar tops and tables. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
Process all payment methods, complete cashier reports, count bank at shift end, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure cash. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Perform closing duties.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete required safety trainings. Maintain professional appearance and uniform, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Greet guests warmly, anticipate and address their service needs, and thank them genuinely.
Use clear and professional communication. Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods; lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance; maneuvering through confined or elevated spaces; and performing various movements such as bending, twisting, and reaching.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
