POSITION SUMMARY
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while delivering exceptional customer service. This role ensures all drinks are made to standard, maintains a clean and organized bar area, and adheres to all safety and alcohol service regulations. The bartender collaborates with kitchen staff to create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to the success of the business.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Must be computer proficient and familiar with office equipment. Prior experience in a high-end hotel and/or at least one year of high-volume bar experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred.
