Job Title: Bartender

Position Overview: Ensure guests have an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service and responding attentively to their needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional guest experience combining food, drinks, and games in a fun environment.
Keep supervisors informed of any issues and take corrective actions when necessary.
Create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members.
Follow company sanitation procedures.
Handle financial transactions accurately, including operating credit card machines, making change, and maintaining cash drawer.
Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and manage intoxicated guests.
Assess guest behavior and notify management if necessary.
Follow all bar recipes to ensure consistent product quality and cost control.
Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the bar station.
Greet guests promptly and take food and drink orders accurately.
Have thorough knowledge of the menu items to answer guest questions.
Enter orders into Micros system accurately and manage sales on assigned keys.
Complete opening and closing duties efficiently.
Assist with party setups and support other team members as needed.
Buss and reset tables when necessary.
Maintain guest satisfaction by checking back after orders, refilling drinks, and maintaining a clean area.
Foster a cooperative and positive work environment.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Maintain a friendly demeanor and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
Prior restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required.
Must comply with dress code and appearance standards.
Willingness to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.

Physical Demands:

Frequently walk, stand, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe.
Work in variable temperatures including near cooking equipment and freezers.

Salary: $4.35 per hour.
