Position Overview: Legacy Golf Course is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences. This role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and delivering exceptional service to patrons, restaurant guests, and event attendees.
- Provide friendly, professional service while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Demonstrate knowledge of beverage menus, including beer, wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and inventory during shifts.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies as needed.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow cash handling, credit card, and opening/closing procedures.
- Assist with food service when needed and collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
- Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Support special events, tournaments, banquets, and other activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Experience:
- Must be at least 18 years old (or older if required by local regulations).
- Previous bartending, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and responsible alcohol service.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, tournaments, and special events.
- Ability to obtain any required alcohol service certifications.
