Summary: The Bartender prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with all company and Health Department standards and regulations. The Bartender is responsible for processing transactions using the company’s POS system and maintaining balanced cash drawers.

Responsibilities:

Mix drinks according to guests’ requests within the required guidelines.
Obtain alcohol service certification and responsibly adhere to proper alcohol service practices, including age verification.
Keep work area clean and sanitized.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
Provide a high level of customer service.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with team members, guests, and vendors.
Support and promote the Company Service Standards.
Assist other areas as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Perform all job functions safely and responsibly.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Prior cash handling experience preferred.
Effective communication skills in English.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Basic computer or POS system experience preferred.
