Job Description
Title: Bartender - Full or Part Time
Friendship Village, a 5 Star Organization and 2025 Employer of Choice in the Cedar Valley, is seeking a part-time or full-time Bartender. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, especially with seniors, and putting customers first.
Responsibilities:
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including beer and wine (typically no mixed drinks)
- Build positive relationships with senior residents
- Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure adequate inventory and supplies
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal liquor laws and quality/safety standards
- Assist with serving and other dining team duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Must pass pre-employment screenings, including criminal background check, abuse registry check, drug test, physical exam, flu vaccination, and TB test
