Summary: The Casino Floor Cocktail Server is responsible for serving alcoholic beverages to gaming patrons on the casino floor, ensuring efficient service while maintaining compliance with state laws and company policies.

Responsibilities:

Verify age identification for customers who appear under 30 years old.
Serve drinks quickly and efficiently while navigating the gaming floor.
Use a radio headset to communicate with gaming floor staff.
Enter drink orders into the POS system for bartenders to prepare.
Monitor customers for signs of intoxication and discontinue service as needed.
Secure alcohol during non-operational hours according to state regulations.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area after customers leave.
Suggest premium products to increase sales.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 19 years old.
Minimum two years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar, or completion of required level 1 front of house service tests.
Must pass in-house liquor service certifications before beginning work.
Previous customer service experience required.

Skills:

Knowledge of bartending techniques preferred.
Cashiering skills are a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and manage conflict.
Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
Ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical Demands: This is a medium strength position involving exertion of 10 to 50 pounds of force occasionally. Requires standing, walking, reaching, bending, exposure to loud noises and smoke, and repetitive activity.
