Title: Coffee Bar Manager in Training

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
Train, coach, supervise, and evaluate Coffee Bar associates to maintain performance standards.
Supervise and participate in all Coffee Bar activities within a fast-paced store environment.

Requirements:

Ability to solve practical problems and handle multiple variables.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, counting, and recording.
Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, or demonstrated instructions.
Visual acuity including clarity of vision from less than 20 inches to 20 feet, color vision, and depth perception.
Ability to read product descriptions and shelf tags to order and place merchandise.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical ability to handle working conditions including exposure to cold temperatures (28°F to -20°F), occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment hazards.

Pay Transparency: Starting pay will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for higher compensation.
