Job Description: The Out of Bounds Bartender is responsible for providing superior beverage service to guests and cocktail servers at Belterra Casino Resort. This role requires excellent customer relations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle interactions with customers and coworkers professionally.
- Pour drinks according to established recipes.
- Maintain company funds and equipment in an orderly manner; ensure security and accuracy of assigned bank.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels of supplies at assigned bars.
- Open and close the bar following established procedures.
- Provide work direction and support to bar attendants.
- Communicate any issues affecting the business to immediate supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of high-volume bartending experience.
- Valid Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) required.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver's License.
- Knowledge of mixing a wide variety of drinks and operation of bar equipment.
- Ability to direct cocktail servers effectively.
- Skills typically acquired through completion of an accredited bartending course or equivalent experience in a hotel or casino environment.
