Title: Catering Bartender

Position Title: Catering Bartender Reports to: Catering Supervisor(s) and Catering Operations Manager(s)
- Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client, embodying 452 Hospitality.
- Oversee product quality, levels, and inventory.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest needs and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ensure proper setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of bars during events.
- Support overall productivity of banquet events as assigned.
- Demonstrate knowledge of alcoholic drinks and bartending techniques with a focus on guest service.
- Maintain a safe environment by serving alcohol responsibly.
- Perform manual labor as needed, including equipment storage and event setup/tear down.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude toward clients, guests, and staff.
- Communicate clearly with leadership to ensure event success.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive team environment.
- Encourage growth and remove barriers for all team members.
- Lead by example with sustainability and conservation efforts.
- Engage with the community through SSA initiatives and giving back opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients and management.

- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate all necessary equipment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs; accommodations available upon request.
- Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bartending and/or event industry experience is a plus.
- All educational backgrounds are accepted.
