Role: Bartender

You will be responsible for creating a welcoming bar atmosphere while serving and interacting with guests. Your duties include mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, serving food, and completing opening and closing tasks.

Responsibilities:

Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare beverages.
Engage verbally with guests to maintain a friendly and upbeat environment.
Serve food and drinks to bar guests.
Complete assigned opening and closing side work.
Prepare fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks.
Present guest checks and handle payments accurately.
Process employee and manager food orders.
Relay food orders to the kitchen using the point-of-sale system.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude with a desire to care for others and learn.
Ability to operate blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment.
Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform frequent hand immersion in water.
Capable of cleaning table surfaces and booth seats.
Ability to transport glass racks or cases weighing up to 25 pounds multiple times per shift.
Basic reading, writing, math, and communication skills.

Physical Requirements: This role requires navigating the restaurant, communicating with guests, moving and grasping items up to five pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. Bending and stooping are also required. Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen is necessary. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for disabilities.

Compensation: This position is paid at the tip credit minimum wage plus tips. Actual take-home pay may vary based on availability.
