Key Responsibilities:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and customer requests
Verify legal drinking age by checking customer identification
Maintain knowledge of drink menus, ingredients, and pairings
Suggest drinks based on customer preferences
Greet customers, take orders efficiently, and engage guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
Handle complaints professionally
Monitor alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary
Process payments through cash, credit card, or POS system
Manage tabs and ensure accurate billing
Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels
Clean and sanitize bar equipment and maintain an organized bar area
Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior food service experience is preferred
Strong focus on guest satisfaction
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to engage with guests and collaborate effectively with team members
Availability to work weekends and holidays
