Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding service and create extraordinary experiences for our members through our full-service restaurant and golf Turn House. The Golf Turn House Attendant enhances the experience of golfers and visitors by providing excellent customer service, stocking and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role supports golf operations and ensures the facility operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare drinks according to established recipes.
- Greet and assist guests promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
- Guide guests with menu and beverage selections.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Bartend for banquets as needed.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and adhere to all legal and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience.
- Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving etiquette.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 15-20 pounds.
- Guest-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Requirements: Candidates must be at least 21 years old with previous bartending experience and knowledge of drink mixing. Physical ability to lift 15-20 pounds and a guest-oriented mindset are required.
