Job Details: Position: Bartender Location: Louisville, KY Hours: 11am - 8:30pm Hours per week: Full Time Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00
This is a front-of-house position requiring exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
Essential Functions and Key Tasks:
- Operate the point of sale system and assist customers as needed.
- Set up and restock products, displays, coolers, and workstations.
- Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas using hand trucks or carts.
- Ensure customers are well taken care of and maintain a clean, presentable environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, approachable, greeting, and thanking customers.
- Work under the direction of the Chef Manager.
Bartender Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous food or customer service experience, preferably in a corporate dining setting.
- Dependable with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
