Title: Bartender

P.F. Chang's is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Bartenders working in a dine-in food and beverage restaurant.

Pay Range (based on experience): $2.13 per hour plus tips.

Job Summary: Bartenders are core members of the scratch kitchen restaurant team. They must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an exceptional and individualized guest experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating, meeting, and exceeding guest expectations
Prepare and serve P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes
Operate, clean, and maintain bar equipment
Assist with inventory and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Understand restaurant layout and server station divisions to facilitate efficient food and beverage delivery
Collaborate with other hospitality team members to ensure guests’ needs are met
Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently following company specifications
Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service

Job Requirements:

Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
Excellent customer service skills and proper etiquette
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Possess or be able to obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
