Job Description: As a Cocktail Server, you will greet and serve beverages to guests in lounges, restaurants, or gaming areas in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Key responsibilities include:
- Circulating continuously throughout assigned work areas to greet guests and take beverage orders.
- Carrying and balancing full trays of beverages.
- Receiving and accurately relaying beverage orders to bartenders.
- Computing charges for orders, accepting payments, and maintaining an accurate cash bank.
- Providing complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Six months of related experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Ability to walk for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses or certifications.
