Title: Bartender

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, patients, and family members in a warm and friendly manner to meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Operate the cash register and point of sale system accurately to process payments.
- Balance the cash drawer at the end of shifts.
- Perform non-cashiering duties during downtime as assigned.
- Report any customer concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No previous experience required; clerical skills are preferred.
- Strong time management and self-direction skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under stress.
Physical and Environmental Demands:
- Light physical work involving occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Standing and walking for significant periods.
- Potential exposure to hazardous materials in a healthcare environment.
