Bartender
Torchy’s legacy began in Austin, Texas in 2006, growing from a food trailer and dedicated executive chef to operating restaurants nationwide.
We are looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure an excellent experience for every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Mix and serve cocktails according to Torchy’s recipes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Learn the menu to make informed recommendations.
- Provide prompt and accurate service, handling orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
- Current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE).
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Ability to work varied schedules and hours based on business needs.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach shelves at various heights.
