Job Description
Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Bartender who can create regular customers and serve our legendary drinks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Take guest orders and prepare alcoholic beverages.
- Comply with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly.
- Demonstrate excellent salesmanship.
- Accurately use the point of sale (POS) system to place orders, process gift card sales, and handle cash/credit card transactions.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
- Exhibit teamwork at all times.
Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate great salesmanship and work effectively within a team.
- Compliance with legal alcohol service guidelines.
- Accurate handling of financial transactions.
