Title: Part Time Bartender - Oak N' Spruce Resort

Compensation:
- Hourly wage plus tips
- Shift: Saturdays from 4:45 pm to 12:15 am

Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipe standards and measuring alcohol accurately
- Take food orders and use POS to input orders, collect payment, and make change
- Stock and maintain bar inventory
- Keep the work area clean and organized, wash glasses as needed
- Provide excellent customer service with a warm and hospitable attitude
- Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
- Perform general upselling to enhance guest experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of experience in a full-service bar preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe and TIPs certification (training provided)
- Anticipate customer needs and deliver excellent guest service
