Job Description
Title: Bartender
What you will be doing:
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies, including daily requisition preparation.
- Be fully familiar with different types of liquor, drink recipes, prices, proper glassware, and garnishes.
- Know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available.
- Handle cash accurately including proper discounting, using the MICROS system, bank procedures, and tip policies.
- Accurately charge guests and manage all monetary transactions.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations.
- Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete formal training on liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.

Physical Requirements:
