Job Description
Bonefish Grill is seeking a Bartender to join our Big City Bar team. We are passionate about fresh quality food and handcrafted cocktails, providing a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Lead bar service efficiently, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience
- Utilize extensive food and beverage knowledge to recommend favorites and craft perfect drinks
- Anticipate guest needs, process orders, and handle payments promptly and professionally
- Adhere to state and local laws, safe food practices, and recipe guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of food and beverages
- Ability to serve customers responsibly
- Proficiency in anticipating guest needs and following recipe guidelines
