Bartender
Job Description
Position Summary: Our bartenders do more than mix drinks; they create memorable and unique guest experiences. They stay current with trends and local offerings, acting as beverage enthusiasts and hosts who take ownership of guest service beyond the bar. Bartenders use their expertise to ensure the bar is both visually appealing and functional, building relationships across the hotel and community to anticipate and meet guests' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Mix drinks and maintain bar functionality and appearance.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and build relationships with guests and staff.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain professional appearance and uphold workplace safety.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting.
- No supervisory experience or certifications required.
