Company Description: Blair Hill Inn overlooks Maine’s largest glacier lake, featuring a stunning ten-guest room country estate atop a 20-foot high, 900-foot long field stone wall. The hillside location offers expansive lake views. This 79-acre destination resort includes a spa, private hiking trails, scenic overlooks, a trout pond, fields, and woodlands. Originally built in 1891 as a breeding farm, it is now a finely restored boutique hotel with exquisite décor and exceptional service.
The renowned Slate restaurant offers a farm-to-table gourmet menu, and the wood-paneled cocktail lounge serves fine wines, libations, and small bites. Blair Hill Inn is the only Relais & Châteaux designated hotel and restaurant in Maine.
Job Description: This position is located in Greenville, Maine. Blair Hill Inn / Slate Restaurant seeks an experienced fine dining bartender and server to join an exciting, fast-paced environment with a dedicated team and beautiful nightly views.
Successful candidates should be observant, able to think critically and efficiently, and possess strong communication and guest service skills.
Schedule: The 2026 season runs through October 24.

Qualifications:
- Experience as a fine dining bartender or server
- Working knowledge of wine with the ability to perform wine service table-side
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
