Summary: The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at the bar, ensuring proper identification checks, managing the cash drawer, and accurately pouring drinks. Delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales strategies to increase revenue through alcohol sales and upselling concession items.
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages according to recipes and proper measuring techniques.
- Serve drinks promptly while maintaining quality.
- Manage alcohol inventory and restock supplies.
- Prepare garnishes for drinks.
- Monitor guests to ensure safe alcohol consumption and verify legal drinking age.
- Process cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
