Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout each shift.
- Engage guests with friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Accurately process drink orders, handle cash, and operate POS systems.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to responsible beverage service guidelines.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with bar inventory, restocking, and end-of-shift breakdown and cleaning.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must meet Michigan legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
- TIPS or ServSafe alcohol certification is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-volume environment.
