Job Description
Title: Bartender | Snowflake Lounge
Overview: The Bartender's primary responsibilities are to mix and serve food and drinks to patrons, either directly or through wait staff. As a Boyne Mountain team member, you can enjoy various perks such as ski passes, golf passes, waterpark passes, and discounts on food, beverages, retail, daycare, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with bartending and service staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages
- Check identification to verify guests meet age requirements for alcohol purchase
- Follow ServSafe Alcohol guidelines to prevent over-service, including stopping service when necessary
- Maintain and clean the working area by adhering to established opening and closing checklists
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months bartending experience
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
