Responsibilities:

Maintain bar inventory and stock supplies including ice, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers
Assist in cleaning and maintaining bar equipment and glassware using proper techniques
Perform opening, running, and closing side duties following company policies
Ensure proper disposal and separation of trash and recyclables according to local codes
Operate trash compactors as required
Maintain cleanliness of trash containers, keeping them odor-free and lined
Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local laws and company policies
Keep bars and ice bins fully stocked per venue specifications
Support special events throughout the venue as needed

Requirements:

Valid Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
Ability to work late hours and a flexible schedule
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Tolerance and appreciation of diverse cultures, music, and art forms

Preferred Qualifications:

Three years of customer-interaction experience in a positive environment
Experience verifying valid identification
Experience working in a live music environment

Physical Demands:

Fast-paced, often loud and stressful environment
Prolonged standing and working on feet indoors and outdoors
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
