Job Description
Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club is a private country club and golf course that focuses on member dining, golf outings, and banquet events. We are looking for energetic, customer-service oriented bartenders who are passionate about mixology to join our team. Hiring is contingent on a background check.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and comply with all state and federal laws regarding alcoholic beverage service
- Take and prepare drink orders
- Maintain a clean and inviting bar area
- Restock and maintain bar inventory
- Perform opening and closing duties for the bar
Qualifications:
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Previous bartending experience required
- Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, and current mixology trends
- Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and service standards
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with members and guests
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work well within a team
