Join our Bars & Lounge team to craft quality beverages, provide outstanding service, and create an inviting atmosphere for guests from around the world.
About the Role
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages consistently, accurately, and professionally. This includes guest interaction, cocktail preparation, inventory support, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with all state alcohol laws and resort standards.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where teamwork, communication, and hospitality are essential. Successful bartenders demonstrate excellent guest service skills, efficiency under pressure, and a positive, outgoing attitude.

Candidates should have at least one year of bartending or beverage service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must be able to live and work on Mackinac Island and possess or be willing to obtain alcohol service certification.
