Title: Casino Bartender

Summary: Responsible for providing beverage service to guests and Beverage/Food Servers at an assigned service station and/or bar, ensuring efficient and prompt service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
Serve beverages promptly to guests and servers.
Receive, issue, and maintain records of liquor and supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized bar station continuously.
Comply with all gaming and beverage regulations.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and respond appropriately.
Ensure all drinks are entered into the POS system before serving.
Process payments promptly and courteously, adhering to cash control policies.
Request identification from guests when age verification is necessary.
Address guest questions and direct concerns to management.
Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Complete side work, setup, and closing duties as assigned.
Follow C.A.R.E. guidelines to promote responsible consumption.

Qualification Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
Minimum two to three years of related experience desired.
Must possess a Level 4 Gaming License.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Skills:

Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
Ability to follow detailed but routine instructions and solve problems involving a few variables.

Physical Demands:

Regularly use hands and arms to handle objects, talk, and hear.
Frequently stand and walk; occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

Moderate noise level generally; loud noise on casino floor.
Typical casino environment is smoky.
