Restaurant Bartender
We are seeking a skilled and personable Restaurant Bartender to craft and serve a variety of beverages while providing exceptional guest service. This role involves mixing drinks, managing bar inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for mixology, and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create delicious and innovative cocktails that delight our guests.
- Mix and serve drinks while maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests.
- Report to the Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager.
- Opportunity for career growth into roles such as bar manager, sommelier, or food and beverage manager.
Education & Experience:
- Combination of education and hospitality experience preferred.
- Hotel experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to identify and read product labels and communicate effectively with guests.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
