Job Description Summary: The Bartender is responsible for setting up, servicing, and breaking down the bar area to ensure a high level of quality, consistency, and service. The role requires multitasking to serve food as needed and maintaining excellent communication and engagement with guests.
Responsibilities:
- Set up bar with liquor, mixers, ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
- Break down and clean bar area at the end of shifts
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Experience working in a hospitality environment is preferred
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay rate starting at $16.37 per hour
- Union property with pay rates following contract requirements
