Description: The Barback plays a crucial role in keeping our bars running smoothly. You will support bartenders by ensuring the bar area is stocked, clean, and ready for high-volume shifts. This position requires hustle, high energy, and a team-first mindset to maintain a fun and efficient environment.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the bar stocked with beer, liquor, ice, glassware, and garnishes
- Clean and organize the bar area
- Assist bartenders during busy periods to ensure smooth service
- Maintain an upbeat, guest-ready atmosphere
- Jump in wherever needed to keep service fast and efficient
Requirements:
- High energy and ability to stay active throughout the shift
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Reliable, quick on your feet, and proactive
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
- Interest in learning about the bar business and potential growth into bartending
