Title: Bartender - Part Time / On Call

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced bartender to warmly greet guests as they arrive, prepare and serve drinks for both bar and dining guests, and ensure high-quality service following established recipes and operational standards. The bartender will also assist with occasional guest activities and support the restaurant manager with ordering specialty ingredients and products. This position is currently on an on-call basis.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests with hospitality, establish personal connections, and maintain guest relations.
Prepare drinks accurately and efficiently during meal periods for bar and dining guests.
Provide professional, accurate, and friendly food and beverage service within the bar area.
Perform shift duties including setup, stocking, product preparation, and bar cleanup.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized bar throughout each shift.
Display a professional attitude and cooperate effectively with guests, peers, and management.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 1 year bartending or serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
Good judgment, integrity, and positive interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
Sales skills preferred.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computational and computer skills, including POS system usage.
Physical stamina to stand or walk up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs intermittently and balance trays.
Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
