Job Overview: As a professional bartender, you will be essential in delivering excellent guest experiences by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean, safe bar environment. Your interaction with guests, accuracy in orders, and drink craftsmanship are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages following standardized recipes and guest preferences.
Engage with guests professionally, take orders, and provide recommendations.
Verify legal drinking age through ID checks.
Adhere to food safety and quality regulations.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including cleaning tables, washing glassware, and equipment.
Stock and replenish bar supplies and ingredients as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Neat appearance and friendly, engaging personality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience or knowledge of drink mixing and serving is a plus.
Availability to regularly open and/or close the bar.
Completion of an online responsible alcohol serving training course.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Frequent use of hands and arms for handling bar tools and supplies.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds.
Physical stamina to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in variable noise, lighting, and temperature conditions.
Clear verbal communication skills.
