Title: Bartender (Casino Part Time)
The Bartender is responsible for providing friendly and excellent service to every customer at the bar. Duties include preparing and pouring drinks for customers and cocktail servers, as well as handling occasional food requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Follow all inventory procedures.
- Complete daily bartender duties.
- Comply with all health and sanitation laws and keep the work area neat.
- Adhere to state liquor laws.
- Perform all job functions in a safe and responsible manner.
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
- Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain a courteous and friendly appearance toward customers.
- Present a professional image and appearance at all times.
- Follow reasonable requests from supervisors and management.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work well with co-workers and as part of a team.
- Well-groomed professional appearance.
- Knowledgeable of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
