Job Description
Title: Bartender
The Bartender is responsible for preparing drinks by following our high standards and recipes in an energetic environment. With a genuinely friendly customer service attitude, bartenders describe the menu and daily specials, take orders, mix drinks according to proper recipes, serve food promptly, and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by anticipating and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests and answer their questions.
- Guide guests through their dining experience by taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
- Adhere to timing of service while demonstrating a warm and outgoing personality.
- Assist guests in selecting menu items by explaining food and bar menus, recommending cocktails or wine, suggesting courses, and highlighting chef’s features.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas, and complete opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a friendly, guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Weekend availability.
