Summary:
Performs the functions of a bartender in an upscale dining atmosphere, as well as a variety of dining service functions including maintaining clean, sanitary and organized conditions of dining areas, facilities and equipment. May assist in some aspects of food preparation.

The Dining Service Bartender stands and walks intermittently throughout the working day, as well as reaches, stoops, bends, lifts, carries, and manipulates various food products, dietary supplies and equipment; Must have an ability to work with chemicals and cleaning agents; Must be able to withstand exposure to temperature and humidity changes as in entering refrigerated storage areas, working at ovens, ranges, dish-washing machines, and at steam tables; Must be free from infections or diseases. The employee must have the ability to lift and carry a 27in long tray weighing 20lb from a height of 36 inches and carry a distance of 100ft; walk continuously for ½ mile; push and/or pull a 180lb sled a distance of 20ft requiring 30lbs of force; push a wheelchair with a load of 200lbs for a distance of 100ft; push/pull 30lbs; and perform 1 full squat.

EverTrue Pay & Benefits
Pay grade: 07, $15.00/hour to $22.00/hour.

DSA BartenderCandidates must be at least 21 years old and have at least one year of bartending experience. The role requires the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting, standing for long periods, and working with cleaning chemicals.
