Title: Cocktail Server - Full Time

Responsibilities:

Provide fast (rounds of 20 minutes or less), friendly, and professional beverage service to casino guests, carrying full trays each round
Use personalized service, including addressing guests by name
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as necessary according to guidelines
Take drink orders, communicate with bartenders, assist in drink preparation, and present drinks to guests
Resolve service problems following company policies
Promote casino events and programs
Serve as an ambassador of goodwill during work and customer/public relations events
Handle money accurately following procedures
Maintain a clean and stocked workstation
Collaborate effectively with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisors, and slots supervisors

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to count money and make change correctly
Familiarity or willingness to learn tray service and cocktail ingredients
Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Meet professional appearance standards per company policy
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations; able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (e.g., full cocktail tray) for extended periods
Tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
Work effectively in a fast-paced and crowded/noisy environment
Complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification
