Job Description
Join the Beef 'O' Brady's team at 109 Marketplace Lane, Flowood, MS 39232! We are looking for a bartender passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders
- Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer guest questions
- Prepare beer, wine, and cocktails according to Beef's recipes
- Present guest checks and handle payments
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep bar station and service areas clean and organized
- Perform duties independently without constant supervision
Bartender Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old (per state and local laws)
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to carry and balance multiple food and beverage items
- Skilled in operating POS and beverage equipment
- Able to stand continuously, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds
