Title: CMR - Golf Clubhouse Bartender (Summer 2026)

The Club at Crazy Mountain Ranch is a private membership experience set on 18,000 extraordinary acres in Montana. Combining a working ranch with golf, lodging, great food, and drink, it offers a unique environment.

Our Summer Season runs from May 1st to November 1st.

Position Summary: The Golf Clubhouse Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional bar service to guests, ensuring their needs are met to the highest industry standards. This role includes managing bar station operations, maintaining inventory, performing daily cleaning and side work, and assisting with events.

Job Duties:

Provide outstanding bar service, including serving beer, wine, craft cocktails, and other beverages.
Manage and operate a designated bar station, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Replenish and stock comfort stations to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
Communicate restocking needs to management.
Perform cleaning and side work duties as assigned.
Set up and break down function areas for events and daily operations.
Engage with guests to ensure all their needs are met.
Assist with special events when required.

Experience Requirements:

Previous food and beverage or bartending experience preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs overhead and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
Manual dexterity and ability to work in various physical positions.
