Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team. You will help create exceptional customer experiences by taking and serving food and drink orders and resolving any customer issues. We seek a passionate, detail-oriented person who enjoys working in a hard-working, efficient team dedicated to great food and customer service.
Company Overview: We are MCS MT, operating 8 concession locations at Glacier Park International Airport, including full-service restaurants, coffee shops, and gift stores.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders for food and beverages
- Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and preparation times
- Collect customer payments and provide change promptly and courteously
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods
- Strong listening skills and ability to respond to customer needs
- Courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently
Additional Requirements: This position requires obtaining a workplace badge, which involves a 10-year FBI background check.
